1. What is a document template?
   A document template or template is the blueprint for your document. It contains the common content while leaving out the specific details which can be filled in later in a document. For example, you may have an NDA template that contains all the common terms and conditions but have empty spaces for the signee name, IC no. and signature.
2. How many signees can I add in a document?
   You can add as many as you wish.
3. Does signees need an account to sign?
   No. Signees can sign via a link that you sent to them.
4. Does each document I create in 996 Sign have a running number?
   Yes.
5. What format does 996 Sign support?
   You can view documents online as HTML using any browser, or download them as PDF.
6. Can I try 996 Sign before I purchase a plan?
   Yes, you can sign up for Basic Plan which is free for up to 12 documents signing per year.
